The location of this hotel was fantastic, with direct access to the slopes and easy transportation to the city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-maintained spa and outdoor jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and attentive, with Andreas from the reception being an extraordinary person. The breakfast had a great variety and was perfect for starting the day.
Nothing to complain about at all.

This hotel was located perfectly next to the ski lift and directly on the slope. Our room was clean and cozy with a great view of the mountain ranges. We enjoyed the friendly staff and the extraordinary breakfast range. the hotel's facilities were nicely decorated, super clean and tidy.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are reasonable for the excellent service and attention to detail provided. The location, right next to the ski lift Col Raiser, is perfect for avid skiers who want to hit the slopes directly from the hotel. The rooms are kept clean daily and offer incredible views from the balcony. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's tastes.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Great views and comfortable rooms. the breakfast spread was impressive and the spa area was a relaxing bonus.
The staff interaction left a lot to be desired. They lacked professionalism and did not make us feel welcome.

The hotel’s location is perfect, with stunning views all around. It's situated near public transportation links, making it easy to reach the city center. The rooms are amazing, with great standards and all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection is fantastic, which includes a diverse range of dishes to cater to all cultures.
One of the traditional spa features made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Sadly, we didn't utilize it, but the outdoor jacuzzi instead, which was exceptional.
